Does anyone know how to get NBA Live 99 working under Windows XP?
I tried compat mode and QFixApp (what a sucky this one!), and it starts, but doesn't accept keyb input after a while, and tends to lock.
Is it then impossible to get it working?

and download the patch to get this file the patch ver 1.1
ftp://ftp.ea.com/pub/easports/patches/nbalive99/nbalive99patch_english.exe

then open it in the same location that nba live 99 on your hard disk and after use compatibility mode in win 2000

and you will play like before !!!!

i try to run nba99 too, but everytime the InstallShield Setup is loading, I get the error msg:
"Setup requires _setup.dll and _isres.dll (located in _setup.dll) in order to operate properly. plz ensure these files are located with _setup.exe" - anyone experienced this problem ???

i really don't have a clue - compat mode fails, too.
strangely, if i copy the files to harddisk and run setup, I get a "this program requires win95/98". if i switch compat mode on, i get the same error message as above :x

i'd appreciate any suggestions
