[whaz]

I recently purchased a new computer with windows xp only to find I got alot of headaches.I can't get image files to download to floppy or my hard drive.well I say not "but the point is I can't open them it keeps telling me to open with what program,I choose one but it tells me "no image found" BULL its right there I'm looking at it...I save images to floppy but there not there either.jpeg-bit-art no image works.I tried internet explorer it don't work either.I've did windows updates to no satisfaction.I do have Norton Security installed....HELP
