the connection with the VSAT its down!!

The server of my lab has two NICs one to connect internet by an antenna(VSAT) creating a proxy for all the users in the LAB, and the other one to comunicate with the rest of the LAN.
When i start up the server i cannot establish a connection to the antenna until disable the other LAN connection.

What can I do?

I am using Windows 2000 server
and Windows 2000 PRO.
