Problems with profiles on W2k server

I am having a problem when the users of my lab log into the domain, because each of the workstations lose their proxy configuration and other kind of stuff like this; also all the documents saved the day before.

I am using Windows 2000 server
and Windows 2000 PRO.

Please help me!
