Probleme during log with Windows XP (very slow)

I installed lot of PC with windows XP connected on Windows 2000 Serveur.

I use TCPIP protocole in DHCP or TCPIP but when starting computer, log can make 5 minutes before entering in windows. After, all work fine...

Is there somebody who find a solution to resolve this problem....
