Configuring NAT in Win2k Server

Im using a USB ADSL modem (Alcatel SpeedTouch) The only drivers i can use are PPP over ATM (PPPoA), when i try to setup NAT and the wizard lists my network adapters, then USB modem isnt listed. However the modem does have a Network Adapters entry in Device manager.

Any ideas how i can set NAT up to use my USB modem? It works using ICS btw, but i would prefer to use NAT.
