Dual Nic and default internet nic

I have two nic and two internet connections each on 10Mbit. one of them has a 100/10 switch attached to it and it seams that all the internet trafik is routed though it as default.
I wonder if there is a way to tell windows xp that the default connection should be the one connected to the 10Mbit ?
