I'm experience slow performance on my new installed XP by 'clean install'..compared to previous Windows I've use (WinME and Win2000)..my specs are as follow

Athlon XP 1500+ (1.53ghz@1800+)
256MB DDR Samsung
MSI KT7 TUrbo 2 Pro RU
ASUS V7100 pure (geforce 2 mx)
Creative SB Live!
40GB Seagate hard disk..

What is my problem cause by anyway?..I'm thinking to roll back for Windows 2000 as it has given me a top notch performance in computing experience..any opinion? thanks in advance..
