svchost.exe - 100% CPU Usage

I installed WinXP Pro 2 months ago and it was running fine. Yesterday when I installed Lotus Smartsuite Millenium, after rebooting, I noticed the computer is sluggish. I checked Task manager and saw that "svchost.exe is using almost 100% of the CPU, constantly.

Other than uninstalling Lotus, anyone have a suggestion? TIA.
