Network XP -> 2K Slow in one direction

2K -> XP is fine, but transfers from XP to 2K are at about 2k/s!

Any ideas? im just using TCP/IP and Client for MS networks.

Ive tried setting up an Ftp on the XP machine, and transfers to the 2K machine are the same.

Ive worked out the problem is due to WIndows 2000. Transfers from that machine to others are really quick, but really slow when trying to send network data to the Windows 2000 machine. Its a fresh install of Windows 2000 also.
