ok i got a vs p installed using the compatibility fix that all went fine,but when i try to run the game it starts up and then just drops back to the desktop.any ideas on how to fix this?
specs:
athlon 600
768 megs ecc
tnt2 m64 32 meg,1080 det's,anthing newer i find just drgrades my performance so ive stuck with these
sb live x-gamer
realtek 10mb ethernet
26 gig quantum fireball
win 2000 fat32 install
sp2
all compatibility updates

sorry iwas tired when i posted this should have included a little more info.when it drops back to the desktop no error is given what so ever no errors in the logs either so i have no idea whats going on.
and since noone has responded i thought that might be one of the probs
