I have a Terminal Server 2000 running and I can access it from Internet Explorer no problem as long as I'm behind the Linksys router. If I try to access it from outside, it can't find the server name. I have enabled Port Forwarding in the Linksys and the TSWEB web is sitting on port 1600.

Should I be using a different server name if I'm connecting from outside?

Thanks for your help.

You need to have port 3389 forwarded to your TS Server, and when connecting from the outside simply use the external IP of the router (or DNS name if you have a domain name setup) in the "server name" portion of the client and you will be set.
