Does the digital out work on the SB Live 4.1 using the newest creative drivers or XP's default drivers?

OR

Is there a good 5.1 sound card with a coax digital out that's non creative-labs with 100% Win XP support?

The digital out on mine works fine with XP and Creative drivers.
