TwinView Broken in 23.11

Hi Guys

After quite a lot of research I have found that twinview is broken in 23.11 and I back with 21.83 drivers.

When you apply clone mode. sometimes, it wont apply it and sometimes, if you apply it, it will change the resolution of your monitor and display on tv is in 8bits..

In 21.83, it works perfectly. Anybody know what happened.
