Arcserve NT on Win2K

Does anyone know whether there is a trick to run Arcserve for NT4 on a Windows 2000 machine?
Currently I can view the database and jobs on the backup server in our network - but it is impossible to change or create any jobs or to run any restore actions. Some problems with user rights, I guess.

Upgrade to version 7.
Your time on this subject would be better spent on Arcserve's website.
