The only real flaw is that Microsoft did not grease the senators with enough money! Otherwise they would have approved the deal.

Right!
And the real reason for these lawsuits in the first place is because MS is guilty of being sucessful. I don't agree with everything MS does, and frankly, there isn't another product that can fulfil my needs as far as an OS or browser. The software isn't perfect, but it's not like we're talking about WinME (which they should be prosecuted for:p)
