Problem with user/groups management

When i open management tool (right click on my computer and manage) when trying to use the Local Users and Groups tools i have an error message on the right part of the windows saying :

" Unable to access the computer .... The error was: Library not registered"

Does anybody know how to slove that ?

I would be gradefulle to the ones who can help me thx !!

I ve reinstall adminpak.msi but it hasnt change something

The folder pointing to users tmp and temps a ea good and exist

I dont understand why this error has happened

the error message was in my first post

" Unable to access the computer Pb-XP The error was: Library not registered"

* I don't know if you can do this or not, but try register lusrmgr.msc with the OS... cannot hurt at this point with the commandline:

regsvr32.exe lusrmgr.msc

--> you cant


I know that it is a dll ocx ... that isnt registered but i cant find which it is !

I have tested different things by myself but nothing works

maybe one more reinstall frown

This is the one i have used (the beta3).

I will try the other solution.
