Sound Blaster Live! XP Drivers Update

These Sound Blaster drivers are dated 02nd November 2001, are version v3509.2.0.0 and are MS WHQL certified.

They work pretty good so far ...

Well after waiting for the official XP drivers for my version of the Live! card, I eagerly installed them... cue the memory dump.

Thanks.. but no thanks.

Creative are definatly off my Christmas list.

I too had the BSOD with these! So I tried the plain old XP update drivers, and no problems. But right now I have a Santa Cruz in the system, and no problems except one now - when I tried to try out the new BETA drivers, it asked to uninstall the old SC ones. In the middle of the uninstall, I got the dreaded BSOD! So for some reason now, I can not uninstall the SC drivers . . . . but I haven't tried doing that with the card removed yet - but I would think you would not need to????
