Overclock or not

Do you all think i should try to push the 700 to 1000 or not
it has plenty of cooling it idles 21 degrees celceus and it an athlon
shoud i push for 1000 ot not

With as cheap as CPU's are, why not just get a faster cpu?

ok, one question, i have a Pentium III 667 in my other box, if i bump the FSB to 140mhz i get 700mhz and if i bump it to 150mhz i get 750MHz, i have PC150 SDRAM so thats not a problem, any other suggestions on how i can get it higher? BTW, the mobo is an ABit VH6 with the "yy" bios revision dated May, 3rd 2001.

Up the voltage or hope you have an unlocked chip (yeah right)
