In TweakUI, whenever I clear the "Prevent applications from stealing focus box", it never sticks. Windows always is preventing applications from stealing focus, regardless of the state of that box.

For example: I'll hit Win+R to bring up the run box, but it'll just sit there and flash at me. I can't type anything into it until I click on it ( really ****ing annoying ).

Or also, I'll hit control alt delete, and the windows security window sits there, blinking at me dumbly and i have to click on it.

Win2k, SP2, all the windows updates and such, etc.
