Win 2K Dial up networking

I upgraded a win2K pro pc to SP2 and now dialup networking does not allow me to send e-mails. I have checked the microsoft KB and found Q298896 refers to my problem but I cannot get the updated files to resolve. Can you tell me where I can fin Tcpip.sys and Ndis.sys ver 5.0.2195.3650 or later dated 01 June 2001. I have rung Microsoft and they are unwilling to release the files to me
