Dail-up and LAN at the sametime

is there anyway to route ip packets so some go through a dailup and some to go through the LAN.

here is the situation.

i got a t1 connection through the office LAN. but its got a firewall so i cant use icq or napster or messanger.....but if i connect or my modem, everything goes through the modem.

i would like to surf the web through the LAN and have ICQ work on the modem.

is there anyone do to this???

i have win2000 server installed. i tried screwing around with ROute and RAS but with no luck.

any ideas??
