Wich Drivers to use - Help Needed please

Wich Drivers should I use with my Creative Voodoo Banshee 16MB PCI, I'm using the the ones that came on WinXP and were isntalled automaticly, but I have some problems, I can't switch resolutions, without the messing the refresh rates... pain in the *** because I use 1600*1200 and most games don't

i think it is time to think about an upgrade
gf2mx can be purchased for like 50 bux

its more then time to upgrade, but for a gf3, still i'll be using this card in another computer, preferably with winXp, so I would like to get it stable anyway, not metioning the time till I buy a gf3
