Cluster Sizes?

Does cluster size effect performance in a noticable manner? What is a good size to use? This is one area I am not real familiar with. Any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated!!!

Basically just use the defaults for normal programs. For heavy duty video work or other programs that access the hard drive greatly then specifying a higher cluster size will increase performance at the expense of disk space.

OS/Games do not take advantage of a higher cluster size.
