Hi!

I've tried to install my graphics card in W2K SP1
the native drivers won't work i've also tried the latest drivers from Nvidia but the same problem. It works fine with W98 on the same computer. The error message in device manager says that the drivers for the card couldn't be started???

Plz help!

I think that is a Nvidia TNT2 card, right? Did you do a full uninstall of the W2K default drivers first? Use Standard VGA Adapter, remove everything that has to do with nv* in your system32 directory (besides the usual "uninstall"). Make sure your card has an IRQ available, and you don't have any conflicts.

Yes, found the solution! Had to enable "Assign IRQ to VGA" in Bios.
And now it's working!!!

Thank you anyway, Palos!
