I dont know what happened, but if I press Ctrl+Shift+Esc or Ctrl+Alt+DEl to get the security box and click on task manager for the Administrator account, all I get is a blank box with no window bars or anyway to close the window. It is very annoying. I created another account and placed it in the admin group and that account worked fine. However, I want to restore the Admin account. How can I fix this? Thanks for any help.
