I am running Win2k and ICS. I need to know the port number that the ICS DHCP component uses. I have BlackIce on this box and when it is running, my other machines cannot get IP's from the machine that shares the connection. Anyone know the port number so I can let traffic through??
Thanks!

No prob clutch. I have been thinking of dumping Black Ice anyway. Do you know of a good software firewall that I can replace it with? I found a KB article on their site and it stated to open port 67 UDP but that did not help. I have been dealing with this over the past 6 mos or so and I think I need to move on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

On that list I sent, here is what it shows:
dhcpv6-client 546/tcp DHCPv6 Client
dhcpv6-client 546/udp DHCPv6 Client
dhcpv6-server 547/tcp DHCPv6 Server
dhcpv6-server 547/udp DHCPv6 Server
However, using a port sniffer, I see the server at port 67 and the client at port 68. I haven't had a need to research this internally before, so I am not sure what DHCPv6 entails vs the bootstrap variant at these lower port numbers.
