I just downloaded and installed Virtual PC 4.2 for Windows in Windows 2000, I then just launched Windows NT4 Workstation setup, I got all set up and then got a screen where you have to press ctrl-alt-del to log on, the problem is that when I press that combination, I get stuck in Windows 2000 ctrl-alt-del logon and thus I can't even log into my emulated Windows NT4, any ideas to bypass this?

Its a pretty interesting program. I just installed my old copy of Windows 95, and it works great. I am going to try some old DOS games and see if they will work.
I have started to fiddle with NT4, good stuff, works quite fast, and very stable even in emulated state.

Kind of off topic but I have a P233, 128megs of ram, Banshee, and a 8 gig hard drive. I just set it up with NT4 and all 97 era programs. It's very responsive and fun to use.
Back on topic, Virtual PC is a very cool program. I do a lot of phone support for the systems I build and it's nice to just boot up a working copy of whatever OS I need to support.

Nice. I installed a variety of OSes with Virtual PC yesterday. Man I must have been real bored all afternoon.
I successfully installed
Windows 95 Orginal retail I bought way back in October 95.
Windows 95 OSR2
MS-DOS 6.22, and then added Windows 3.1, ah yes Windows 3.1 on Athlon 750.
Windows NT Workstation 4.0, then added SP6a
I tried to install OS/2 Warp 3.0, but ran into problems with reading the floppies, the floppies are in some XDF format.
I didn't bother with 98 or ME since I am dual booting 98 and 2000 currently, I did dual with ME and 2000 before, but I just don't like Millennium. But since 95 worked fine I am sure ME and 98 will work fine too in Virtual PC.
