Lost my Recycle Bin

I followed someones advice to get rid of the Icon - Recycle Bin. But now I can't find the Recycle Bin anywhere. It's gone.
I really hope that someone can help me to get it back.
I have norton system works and the Norton Protected Recycle Bin was OK. But after the Icon-thing I can't find it anywhere.

Just curious as to why you whould want the recycle bin at all?
I never use it i always delete stuff right away. i mean, if im not sure if I wanna delete it, then why whould I then do so? and also... doesn't the recycle bin lead to fragmentation of the HD?
