NTFS back to Fat32 ?

Okay is there anybody out there know how to change my hard drive back to Fat32 from NTFS.

Apparently, Partition Magic 7.0 has this capability, but I can't personally attest to it.
The only other way is to reformat.:(

the best and most stable way is a format frown

I kno someone who tried this on an NTFS Partition using Partition magic and it killed the drive, I am not saying this happens all the time but i wouldn't risk it myself.
