WTF is MS doing, please tell me this. They used to have Data CDs listed as an option in the autoplay dialog when you right click on a cd-rom and hit properties, now its gone. I HATE DAMN AUTOPLAY!!!!! mad mad Any proggies that will get rid of data cd autoplay or the reg entry to do it?

yeah but they took out Data CD autoplay. Put in something like half-life and you won't see the data cd option in there for it. I don't know why they did this but its not there. Only music, photos, DVDs, and other stuff is on there, no data cd.

You can turn off autoPlay by running gpedit.msc. Start/Run and type gpedit.msc.Go to User Configuration/Administrative Templates/System. It's easy from there.double click "Turn Off AutoPlay" in the right-hand pane, and change it to Enable

i think using the tweakUI 1.33 way is the best because i just want data off but others on, i will try mixed content one too.
