what is rtmservice.exe?

Hey, just going thru my processes, and noticed a service called RTMSERVICE.. what is that? (rtmservice.exe), anyone know what it does?

This seems like a third party software but it looks like Microsoft maybe licenses it for use with some of their OSes?

I think it can be disabled from the Computer Services area along with a bunch of other things that most users don't need (can you say remote registry editing (-8)
