Do you think someone is keeping vigil at all times on this board, do you think peeps get paid to answer you? Do we have an obligation?

This is one forum I hit on my free time, but I'm not here all the time. This is a question I could've answered had I seen it, but I know there are those that I, and sometimes nobody else, can't answer.
