Sun StarOffice 6.0 Beta is now available for free download (as will be the final release when it comes out). This version works well under build 2600 of XP Pro. You can download it at http://www.sun.com/staroffice/6.0beta/

Enjoy!

The age old argument, you get what you pay for.
MS Office doesn't sit at the top of the pile of office bundles for no reason - it's the better product.
Don't know why price comes in to the argument though, you can always nick Office if you don't want to fork out the cash for it.

I rate Office 2k as the better product over Star Office however if it's legality you are after and you haven't exactly got money coming out of your ears, it does make a damn good alternative to MS Office.
