I dont know if Creative have some troubles with Microsoft but any driver for his products is worst of the previously...I have Live Platinium 5.1 and this driver dont work.. I WANT A DRIVERRRRR works fine !!!!

Solution: get a different card. Creative supposedly has ignored standards by Microsoft and Intel. Via just was in the wrong place at the wrong time in some cases, and did their part to fix it--despite that it wasn't their problem.
