i got a small network with 2 computers. On my client computer i'm running an ftp server and sometimes i have to give my external IP to friends so they can access my FTP. Is there any way i can see my external IP from the client, instead of running to the server an typing "ipconfig"?
thanks

You could try getting the network icon to appear in your taskbar. Then right click it, go to status, click on support tab. It'll show your IP.

It will show the local IP, but not the "outside" IP of your NAT/PAT router.
