Shared Resources, where is security?

The more I use Windows XP Pro, the more I dislike it. Where is the Permission and user access for drives and folders under XP. I also do not see a Security tab. All I can do is select to share the folder but can not put any restrictions on it. Am I totally missing something, or is this how we are to be set up now, with no options what so ever for security...

Are you using NTFS bud? I know, prolly a stupid question but I thought I would ask.

Yea thanks I got it to work. Now it looks like it did in Win2k.
