Accelenation has posted a review on the Soyo SY-K7V Dragon motherboard.

Look at this review as more of a preview of the KT266A Dragon that should come out with almost identical features, but with better stability and a heck of a lot more speed due to a better chipset. If Soyo releases that board on time and it is as good as the original Dragon, it will certainly be a contender.
