how to move all clients documents n settings to server ?

I have 1 w2k srv installed with active directory
n 2 w2k pro clients. How can I move doucments n settings folders of clients to server's document n settings. So that who ever logins from any pc on network will get his desktops , settings, start menu , doucments etc...

create a GPO, give the user a roaming profile and redirect the my document folder to the one of the folder on the server. do the same to the startmenu too

As far as I know, the My Documents and Start Menu settings are included in the roaming profile that gets stored on the server. Basically, anything that's in the user's folder under c:\Documents and Settings gets transferred.
