my laptop is listed as an XP-compatible (Toshiba Satellite 3000-s353).

It's ready, with the exception of the Intel 82801BA/BAM AC'97 sound Controller.

ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET DRIVERS FOR THIS???

XP native drivers did not work
Toshiba's Windows 2000 drivers did not work.
