font install problem

Ok, this is pissing me off, hopefully someone can figure it out. I'm trying to install the helvetica font on my winxp (devilsown release) system and it keeps telling me the font is corrupted. It works fine on every other system i've tried (win98, me, win2k). http://www.clan519.com/creed/helvetica/ I've posted the fonts there maybe someone can figure this out..I'm a web designer and need this font for the project im currently working on, its pretty important. Thank you.

it tells me that they are not valid font files - I also tried downloading it from other sites, and got the same result. Other fonts work fine though....
