Web server monitor

Does anyone know of a piece of software that can monitor my website? I need it to do the following: 1) Load the site at given intervals and make sure its up. 2) Notify me in email. It also has to have room for multiple email addresses. 3) It has to be able to run a batch file if the site is down.

Oh, and it has to be less than $100

I have looked at IPCheck, it used to much CPU time. A1Monitor, only allows 2 email address.

Any other ideas?

Perhaps not exactly what you are after, but www.internetseer.com is a web based service that will monitor your sites and contact you of there is a problem.

The free service is very basic, but by paying a fee you can specify extras such as additional URLs and more frquent monitoring of your servers.
