IE6 Favorites with multiple windows open... HELP

Since my upgrade to the release version of IE 6, my favorites are jacked. If I have more than one IE window open, no matter which window I select a favorite in, it opens in the first window.

It's really annoying! Any one seen this before, or better yet, fixed it!!

Thry unchecking the box in the options saying re-use windows for launching shortcuts
