File Sharing Manager For 2K

Just wondering if anyone new of a file sharing proggy for Win2k.
I need to open up the guest account and share files. No problem here, but I would also like to password some of these shared files. I know it can be done by creating diff user accounts but just wondered if there was a simpler program.
