GideonTech.com has posted a review on the Street Glow.

What this unit essentially is, is a fan bus. There are 4 sets (positive/negative) connectors on the black unit with one SPST (Single Pull, Single Throw) switch coming out of the other end. The switch can turn on and off all the units plugged into this connector box. You may plug any neon tube that has a 12V/Ground combination of wires.
