Warp2Search send words that a new version of NVMax is out.

Changes:
New Setup program.
Various internal code fixes.
DirectX force refresh.
New Help file.
High contrast icons.
Nicer interface (minimize etc) with ability to switch on/off systray icon.
Large & bold fonts should work now.
Small anisotropy bug on 6.50.
