I recently found an X-Com Collection game and I was extatic. I love this game. Actually I only love ufo defence(enemy unknown)and terror from the deep. I have a P3 933 with Windows Millenium and I am having problems. The game seems to run fine except for one major bug. I only get a scrambled picture when i go to play. Someone PLEASE help me!!

Hmm... is xcom VGA? I suppose you got a new comp, sometimes certain programs will not like super-fast processors compared to the processors of the day. What video card do you have?

ok i just bought the game as well and have been working on a solution to the problem. you can down load the patch from a web sight that can correct the error. but it came at a high price becasue after a certain date Jun 15 2000 in the game. the game will glitch and cause windows to shut it down, sending an error report. i have yet to find the true solution. i would also like to play TFTD, but i still have yet to find the answer to the mystry. DAMN NEW TECHNOLOGY for keeping me from my boy hood favorits.

X-Com is one then games i liked too. It's pretty old and if you think about it - it was made for DOS. So my solution is to get a dos emulator -like DosBox.
