ICQ & Yahoo Combination

Hi,
One of my mates has been playing with a program that connects to both the ICQ and Yahoo Messenger networks allowing easy communication with both networks.

Does anyone know:
a) The name?
b) Where to get it?

there's a few programs that do this.... my favorite is Trillian
