Microsoft has released a new version of the Systems Management Server Installer for Intel and Alpha platforms.

The new Systems Management Server Installer provides a Systems Management Server administrator with an Installation Expert that repackages one or more software applications into a single package for Systems Management Server to distribute and install automatically. The Installation Expert automatically creates the instructions and event generation scripts Systems Management Server uses to deploy the software, install the applications, and monitor the installation process.
