I took my 800eb past 1 ghz
I left it at 954 for most of the time though.
the OC wasn't that high(159 fsb vs 133), but the bus speed was a lot better than I'd expect on an 800e(126 vs 100)
I'd say grab the eb, and shoot for a 150 fsb(900mhz)

I have a p3 800e (100mhz) and I can't get past 896Mhz will post at 1ghz but windows crashes. I've ran 124mhz bus before so I know my components and ram are p to snuff, just the cpu won't do it.
